Welcome to Artwalk!
We are at Southside Memorial Chapel – 8310 104 St in the big parking lot.
Artwalk is open from 10AM-5PM Friday, Saturday and Sunday. (July 6-8) We tear down and set up every day.
Set up is at 8AM – please do not come before 8AM and start setting up. This is private property and we are only there because of the amazing owners at Southside Memorial Chapel. They allow us to be there at 8AM. We can stay later than 5PM if there is still lots of people. We take our cues from the artists across the street.
Load In
Everyone has 10 x 10 tent spaces (if you don’t have a tent and you’re just going to be outside, let us know) and it is for the most part first come, first load in. We do have a few people with very specific needs. We will be there at 8AM to direct you. Please do not set up until you have confirmed with Jasmin or Marissa.
You can drive your car in to unload but please do not leave your car in the parking lot – it means we can’t continue to set up makers. So unload and then go park. We can watch your stuff so it doesn’t go missing.
Artwalk Passes
I should have Artwalk passes – these will give you access to the bathrooms at participating businesses in the area. On Friday & Saturday, we should have access to the bathrooms in the funeral home as long as there isn’t a funeral happening. I will give them to you Friday morning.
Your Space
There will be three rows. One is up against the Funeral home, so if you want more shade and only one 10 ft facing your audience, you will want to be there.
The middle row and the row closes to the sidewalk have TWO SIDES FACING CUSTOMERS. So you can build out your display on two sides. If you’re on an end cap of these two rows you have THREE sides facing audiences. Again, it’s whoever shows up on Friday first. We start building the rows out as you get there.
Parking
We usually park in the parking lot right by the market. It has an app and you can park all day until 6PM.
Please do not park in the church or funeral home parking on the other side of the business.
Street Market
83rd Ave is now one way and has a separated bike lane and where these vehicles are, we are closing the road and we will have vendors here.
